Yaswanth Kumar Rayapati is a versatile professional with a keen interest in technology, finance, politics, and human behavior. He completed his Bachelor's in Computer Science from BITS Pilani and has since worked in various capacities across government, technology, and finance sectors. Currently, he is pursuing Liberal Studies at Ashoka University as a part of the Young India Fellowship, Class of 2023. Yaswanth is currently working as an Analyst - BA4 at Barclays, where he is a part of the Skropay team that is trying to revolutionize the payments-ecosystem. Prior to this, he was the Co-founder & Chief Financial Officer at Skropay, where he played a key role in remodeling the database design, restructuring it into a relational model, and developing the APIs. He also built a package for conversion of data in excel to JSON with customizable structure, mandatory fields, and default values. He developed a module where contractors from different companies can connect with each other and collaborate on projects. His tech stack includes Vue.js, Django REST, and PostgreSQL. Yaswanth has also worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Linarc, where he was responsible for developing a teaching assistant for Principles of Economics. He conducted tutorials and evaluation components for a class of 60+ students. Yaswanth's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Young India Fellowship in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Ashoka University. Yaswanth's tech stack includes Javascript, Django, VueJS, and he has 1.68 years of relevant experience. With his diverse skill set and experience, Yaswanth aims to discover a generalist sweet-spot where he can leverage his skills and create something meaningful.
